Newsletter
If a person would like to receive our newsletters, a valid email address is required, as well as information that would allow SDA to verify the subscriber is the owner of the email address. No additional data is collected. Data is used only to send the requested information. The user can revoke consent to the storage of your data at any time through the “unsubscribe’ link in the newsletter.
The website uses MailChimp to send newsletters. The supplier is The Rocket Science Group, LLC. The data you provide (e.g. your email address) to subscribe to SYNCLUSIVE newsletters will be stored on MailChimp servers in the USA. SSL encryption
The website powered by SDA use SSL encryption for security reasons and for protection of the transmission of confidential content. The encrypted connection is recognized in your browser’s address line when it changes from http:// to https:// and the lock icon is displayed in your browser’s address bar. If SSL encryption is activated, the data transferred cannot be read by third parties.
Analytics
The website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. For this service Google uses so-called cookies, that is text files which are stored on the user’s computer to allow them to use the website to be analyzed. As a rule, the following information is generated by the cookie about how the website is used and it is transferred to Google:
- Type and version of browser;
- Operating system used;
- Referrer – URL (the website previously visited);
- Host name of the accessing computer (IP address);
- Time of server request.
The website uses Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizelp()” so that data can only be processed anonymously, the IP address is shortened by the last 3 digits so it is not possible to identify the IP address. Google may pass this information where appropriate to third parties in case this is prescribed by the law.
This data is automatically erased after its statistical evaluation and within 160 days at the latest.

Data collection
The website uses only functional cookies. Cookies do not ham user computers and do not contain viruses. Cookies help make the websites more use-friendly, efficient, and secure. Cookies are small text files stored on the user computer and saved by the user’s browser. Most of the cookies are so called “session cookies”, which are automatically deleted after your visit. Other cookies remain in the user’s device until deleted. The user can configurate the use of cookies, although disabling cookies may limit the functionality of the websites.
The website providers automatically collect, and store information called “server log files”. These are:
- Browser type and browser version;
- Operating system used;
- Referred URL;
- Host name of the accessing computer;
- Time of server request;
- IP address.
This data is not combined with data from other sources.
All data collection is in strict compliance with the requirements of the Bulgarian Electronic Governance Act and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act. The collection and processing of personal data for other purposes shall be carried out voluntarily and only with the explicit consent of the persons providing them, subject to the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act.
