As part of the SYNCLUSIVE project, PACT – Alentejo Science and Technology Park is strengthening the connection between academia, industry, and local talent to support a more inclusive and innovation-driven regional ecosystem.
Within this framework, PACT has launched the Talent Pool (Bolsa de Talentos) initiative, developed under the SYNCLUSIVE project and funded by the European Union’s Horizon Europe programme (Grant Agreement No. 101094526). The platform aims to bridge the gap between young job seekers and companies in the Alentejo region by facilitating new employment opportunities, supporting talent retention, and ensuring better alignment between skills and labour market needs.
By connecting emerging professionals with innovative businesses, the Talent Pool contributes to regional development, strengthens local companies, and enhances employability across Alentejo. This initiative represents an important step towards building a more resilient, inclusive, and future-oriented labour market while positioning the region as a growing hub for innovation and technology.
