On Thursday, 21 January 2027, SYNCLUSIVE warmly invites you to its final European conference, taking place in Brussels and online. While the event is fully hybrid, we encourage participants to join in person to fully benefit from our interactive programme, in-depth discussions, and networking opportunities across regions.
About SYNCLUSIVE Living Labs
Over recent years, SYNCLUSIVE has developed seven Living Labs across Bulgaria, Finland, the Netherlands, and Portugal, bringing together regional partners to test and refine new approaches to:
- Strengthen regional coalitions to implementinitiatives for vulnerable groups
- Improve labour market inflow and mobility for jobseekers
- Develop skills and lifelong learning for individuals to stimulate labour market participation
- Thereby supporting work transitions and more sustainable careers
Stakeholders in Ireland, Estonia, and Italy have already explored how these Living Labs and regional coalitions co-create, implement, and evaluate interventions aimed at including vulnerable groups in regional labour markets.
These Labs demonstrate how regional collaboration can bridge policy and practice, turning good intentions of training and initiatives into effective action while helping organisations tackle labour market challenges inclusively and sustainably.
What to Expect
The programme will bring together experiences and insights from across Europe, including:
- Living Lab case studies on regional coalition forming
- Living Lab case studies on individual-level solutions for vulnerable groups
- Policy reflections and recommendations for scaling up regional approaches
- Interactive discussions focused on mutual experiences and knowledge exchange
Participants will also have opportunities to share their own regional initiatives, projects, or policies, exchanging insights and lessons learned with peers.
