Synclusive General Assembly Day Two

On 17 April, the Synclusive consortium gathered for the second day of its General Assembly, focusing on preparation, collaboration, and planning for the next stage of the project. The sessions provided partners with an important opportunity to reflect on the progress achieved so far, exchange insights, and coordinate efforts as the project approaches its final phase.

The morning sessions were dedicated to preparing the project’s concluding activities. Partners from INAIL, TNO, FIOH, ARC Fund, SDA, UVT, UCC, and CENTAR discussed the organization of the final project event, shared updates on the development of the final datasets, and reflected on the regional workshops that will be conducted. These workshops will play a key role in engaging local stakeholders and communities, creating spaces for dialogue, participation, and co-creation.

Another important topic addressed during the morning sessions was communication and dissemination, presented by partners from SDA. The consortium reviewed the progress made in promoting Synclusive’s achievements and discussed ways to further strengthen the project’s visibility and outreach. Ensuring that the project’s results reach policymakers, practitioners, and communities remains a key priority as the project moves toward its conclusion.

In the afternoon sessions, the focus shifted toward the road ahead. Partners worked together to identify upcoming tasks, clarify responsibilities, and align timelines for future deliverables. This collaborative planning process helped ensure that all consortium members are well prepared for the final phase and that activities remain coordinated across partners.

Overall, the second day of the General Assembly was both productive and forward-looking. By bringing together expertise from across the consortium, the meeting reinforced the shared commitment to delivering meaningful results and ensuring a strong and impactful conclusion to the Synclusive project.
