A solution developed through the SYNCLUSIVE project<\/strong> is gaining recognition in Finland. The \u201cGuiding Skills and Development\u201d supervisor training programme<\/strong>, developed and piloted through the SYNCLUSIVE Finnish Living Lab, has been featured in the Action Forum of the \u201cDoing Important Work\u201d (T\u00e4rkeiss\u00e4 T\u00f6iss\u00e4) initiative<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The recognition highlights the value of the programme as a practical approach to strengthening supervisors\u2019 capacity to support employees\u2019 learning, skills development and career progression in the workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The \u201cGuiding Skills and Development\u201d<\/strong> training programme was developed and implemented through collaboration between the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health (FIOH)<\/strong> and the HR Department of the City of Kokkola<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The programme is based on peer-group learning<\/strong> and provides supervisors with knowledge, tools and opportunities to reflect on how they can better support the development of their employees.
