SYNCLUSIVE will take part in the 22nd European Congress of Work and Organizational Psycology in Prague from May 21st to May 24th, 2025, to present its innovative approaches of promoting labor market inclusion. This year’s theme, “Transforming Working Environments: Challenges & Opportunities”, aligns perfectly with SYNCLUSIVE’s goal of fostering opportunities for vulnerable groups by reshaping organizational practices.
At our symposium, we will showcase our groundbreaking work conducted through regional Living Labs in four EU countries. These Living Labs bring together local stakeholders—municipalities, employers, education institutes, and community organizations—to support vulnerable job seekers and employees. Using the ENGINE approach, we aim to foster upward mobility and combat workplace discrimination through collaborative, community-driven action.
We will also highlight the pivotal role of Realist Evaluation, a method used to assess and refine the ENGINE approach, ensuring effective and scalable solutions for workforce inclusion.
Joining us at the symposium is our sister project, CARE4CARE.
The SYNCLUSIVE symposium promises to be an inspiring look at how interdisciplinary and evidence-based approaches are tackling some of the biggest workforce challenges today. Join us to learn how the two sister projects are driving transformation and promoting inclusion in Europe’s labor markets.
